On Saturday, January 19th, 2012 at 6pm, we held the Moat Water 20 Year Anniversary Deck Release Party at SPoT Ybor (R.I.P.) and The Bricks. These boards were created through a unique partnership involving Tampa, Florida natives Cigar City Brewing, Skatepark of Tampa, and PS Stix, along with a graphic designed by skateboarding legend Lance Mountain. The center ply was brewed in the aging process to produce SPoT’s exclusive 20th Anniversary beer, “Moat Water,” prior to PS Stix inserting it into these decks. It’s a collaboration that represents quality, a vested interest in the Tampa community, and most importantly, the love of skateboarding. Check the full story in this video.
