Not only did Becker win Damn Am NYC this year, he clenched the Damn Am of the Year award at the last second. With lines crafted this well and style to match, it’s not hard to figure out why. Yeah Becker!
Damn Am NYC is all of the best things about New York City rolled into a skate contest, and this year went above and way beyond. Becker Dunn’s win was his 2nd of the year and earned him the Damn Am of the Year trophy along with $1500. Another weekend for the ages.

With the entire contest going down in one day at LES, it was non-stop shredding from start to finish, and Lucas Rabelo got his first win in STYLE. And then Independent Best Trick flew completely off the rails. Best day ever!
Lucas Rabelo only does the hardest tricks, and he put them all together in the Finals at Damn Am NYC to skate away with the win. As an added bonus he’s also going straight to the Semi-Finals at Tampa Am. Yeah Brazil!
The only question left after Friday’s Practice at LES would be…if this is just practice, how crazy are the Finals going to be?
