For his efforts, Dylan took home the Speed Killer award courtesy of Bronson Speed Co., leaving only the smell of burnt urethane in his wake.

It’s almost a rule then whenever someone wins a Golden Ticket out of Qualifiers they end up blowing it in the Finals. But apparently Brazilians don’t like rules. Lucas Alves won Qualfiers and then in the last run of the entire Damn Am weekend, shocked himself and the city of Santos with the greatest ender of all time. Lucas also gets a free round trip to Tampa and a prequalified spot in the Tampa Am Semi-Finals.

186 South American skaters came out to Santos Brazil with the goal of ripping the course to shreds. And they did, pretty much surpassing every expectation imaginable. With perfect weather, an amazing vibe, and more hype than any am contest ever, this might have been the greatest day of Damn Am Qualifiers ever.

The Damn Am Select Series wrapped up this past weekend at Woodward West and Yoshi Tanenbaum has earned himself an invite to the 2015 SLS Pro Open as the Damn Am of the Year.

First Yoshi won in Atlanta, then he won in NYC, and now he’s done it AGAIN at Woodward West. And in addition to the glory of taking three Damn Am Select Series stops, which is an NBD of epic proportions, Yoshi earns the title of Damn Am of the Year and gets a spot in the 2016 SLS Pro Open. But first we’ll be seeing him at Tampa Am in November where he’s already got a spot reserved in the Semi-Finals.
