The most durable skateboarding shoe on the market has partnered with one of the world’s top manufacturers of premium rubber to develop an outsole that is 3X MORE DURABLE. The original Marana was an incredibly durable shoe, but contrary to most skate shoes, the upper was so long lasting that the 400 NBS rubber outsole could not keep up. We were able to identify a weakness in the outsole as an opportunity to make the shoe even better than before and in an effort to continuously improve the world’s most durable skateboarding footwear, etnies joined forces with Michelin to translate the performance and durability of Michelin tires to the outsole of a shoe.
