SPoT’s very own, Paul Zitzer, has spent the last year putting together the pieces for the Louisville based Sprak. The park features obstacles reminiscent of early Skatepark of Tampa, the places we have been, and the places we want to go. We are kicking off Sprak’s grand opening with Damn Am Louisville presented by Monster Army! Tune in to get a first glance of Sprak AND the stoke around the new establishment.
SPoT teamed up with Vans, Monster, and Bones to bring another year of celebration of skateboarding. They kicked things off in the bowl for the hottest Bowl Jam of the summer and then went to the courtyard to hand out Cash for Tricks. Tap in to see how it all went down!

Tampa Pro further cements itself as the longest running and greatest contest in skateboarding history. In the words of Brian Schaefer: It’s a skateboarding family reunion with a BBQ kinda vibe.

It’s SPoT’s first All Ages contest of 2024 and these kids brought the heat! Thanks to Jason Malley we’ve got a full edit of all the madness that went down. Congratulations to Sergio Quijano for his first contest win which has qualified him for the Damn Am 2024 stop of his choice!
The Old Man Bowl Jam is the ultimate showdown for the legends of skateboarding – think Tampa Pro but for the seasoned warriors who need tiger balm to get out of bed in the morning. This bash is reserved for those aged 30+. Expect the beer to be flowing and sizzling BBQ on the sidelines, while Kyle Randall takes over as MC and lays down the gauntlet for the Longest Boardslide Award from behind the mic. Gear up and drop into the SPoT Bowl to prove that you have what it takes to be the Oldest Old Man
Ish Cepeda, Marcos Montoya, Sean O ‘Connor, Blake Carpenter, John Dilo, Zion Effs, Jax Effs, Christian Henry, Nikoli Piombo, Thomas Dritsas, Ronnie Kessner AND Gary Rogers came to hang out at SPoT for the afternoon.
