Pro skateboarder Manny Santiago is no stranger to Woodward. In between competing in Street League Skateboarding and his travels around the world, Manny has visited multiple Woodward locations to spend time with summer campers and sample some of the world’s best skate parks. His fun loving and positive attitude, combined with his stylish, technical skating, makes him one of the campers’ favorite special guests.

Party Lines with Gavo and the Boys – Woodward
At the 2018 Hot Wheels Junior Open, Gavin Bottger got loose in The Junction with a GoPro Hero 7. Gavo, along with Lazer Crawford, Roman Hager, Nobacel Villalobos, Toby Ryan, and Koston Eaton had a blast practicing their runs for the contest and ripping some good old fashioned party lines.
Hot Wheels Junior Open 2018 at Woodward West
Kids from around the country made the trip out to Woodward West in Tehachapi, California to compete in the Hot Wheels Junior Open. An open skateboard and BMX contest for kids 16 and under, where all ability levels are welcome!
Take a behind the scenes look at the 3-day Junior Open through the eyes of competitors Gavin Bottger, Lazer Crawford, Roman Hager, Nobacel Villalobos, Carlin Makibbin and Sean Curliss. Featured competitors include Adler Cromer, Camp Schillereff, Dante Tabuyo-Ochoa, Gui Khury, Jaxson Thompson, Kaden Stone, Kieran Woolley, Koston Eaton, Malachi Gray, and Porter Birk. Plus, a cameo from Element Skateboards founder, Johnny Schillereff.
Flip Skateboards Bump to Barrier Contest
VIP Matt Berger and Flip Team Manager John Nicholson decided to host an impromptu contest at The Rock for some Flip product and kids had 15 minutes to land as many tricks on the bump-to-barrier as they could. In the end, Matt and John chose three lucky winners.

VANS Plaza Jam at Woodward PA
Vans sent a few flow riders to Woodward Pennsylvania location to cap off the last week of camp! They brought boxes full of product and hosted a few contests throughout the week to give away to the campers. Check out the re-cap video here from one of those contests!
5-0 The Rail – Hot Wheels Challenge Accepted
Skate camper Jiro Platt is challenged to fs 5-0 the 6 stair rail. If he gets it he’ll win one of 5 incredible prizes. If he can’t complete the challenge he has to dance alone in the middle of Outdoor Street.
