Exposure Skate is the world’s largest and longest-running women’s skateboarding competition, propelling rising rippers into the spotlight. Contributing to Exposure’s legacy of prominent skateboarders is Lilly Erickson. Hailing from Oahu, Lilly’s first Exposure event in 2018 was intimidating—until then, she had never seen so many women skateboarders gathered in one place, all pushing the boundaries of progression. Six years later, Lilly boasts an Exposure Pro Bowl title and a list of accomplishments that reflects Exposure’s impact on women in the industry. Follow Lilly along as she gives us First Person insight into her experience at the 13th installment of Exposure at Pood’s skatepark in Encinitas, California.
