After building a miniature replica of El Toro at the CCS Portland shop last year, we didn’t know how we were going to top ourselves. Luckily we teamed up with Adidas to mash up two more iconic skate spots. We mixed a miniature Hubba Hideout and a smaller version of Wallenberg and HUBBABERG was born! The turn out was insane and the skating was even crazier. We even had the fuzz try and shut us down, but we showed him what was up. What will we do next year??? – CCS

Das Days New York City – adidas
Head to New York City with the adidas Skateboarding team to take witness the second Das Days series of 2018. Kicking off with the global launch of our new 3MC collection followed up with a Block Party featuring best trick contests set to the backdrop of live music from Beach Fossils and more. Throughout the week, the NYC skateboard community showed up for a taping of The Nine Club with Tyshawn Jones, an evening of skate trivia brought by Useless Skate Knowledge and Showcase X curated by Mark Gonzales. To complete the event series, the team spent a day in the streets skating from Brooklyn to Manhattan for City Copa. Hélas x adidas Skateboarding /// The Ultimate Challenge
In celebration of the upcoming footwear and apparel collaboration, adidas Skateboarding x Hélas are proud to release “The Ultimate Challenge”. This animated short stars Hélas co-founders Lucas Puig, Stephen Khou, and Clement Brunel as the earth defending Hélas crew super team. When a super villain and his band of evil henchmen attempt to kidnap tennis icon Stefan Edberg and steal his legendary talents, the Hélas crew is enlisted to save Edberg. Recruiting the help of French rapper Kekra, the crew battles the villains in a bustling Parisian metro station. The out-of-this-world adidas Skateboarding x Hélas footwear and apparel collection is available on February 10.
