Just last year young Australian ripper Keegan Palmer took first in our Am Bowl contest. This time around Keegan returns to Dew Tour Long Beach skating in out Pro Park competition. Keep your eyes out for this growing shredder as he’ll only continue to get better with age. One of skateboarding’s most fun and energetic personalities, Manny Santiago, will be joining us this summer in Long Beach! Having come a long way since his first completion days Manny continues to progress his career by competing in top events and finds ways to gives back to the skate community. The Men’s Pro Street qualifiers starts on Friday, June 29th at 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Finals will take place on Sunday, July 1st at 1:45 – 2:30 pm.

Ten Am Search winners from all parts of the globe flew into skateboarding’s mecca of destinations, Barcelona. During our stay in Barcelona, Mountain Dew riders Sean Malto, Chris (Cookie) Colbourn, and Jordan Maxham joined us for some paydays. Overall, the days spent in paradise were filled with amazing skating and high fives all around.
Finnish Transplant from Brazil on Skating In New Environment | Alex Lekinho Interview
Finnish transplant, Alex Lekinho traded the tropical weather of Brazil and now resides in Northern Europe. As a result of moving to the Baltic region, Alex is only able to skate outside for four months out of the year. Although one upside is the ability to fly into skateboarding’s hub for spots in Barcelona at any time. As seen in Alex’s Am Search submission video, he’s already spent time there. His gnarly pop amazed us and we were psyched see his magic in person. All in all, check out Alex’s interview above on his Dew Tour weekend.
Joshua Chisolm Interview | Dew Tour Am Series 2017 Barcelona
Owner of the Instagram handle @hypemanspice, Joshua Chisolm was literally the hype man during the entire stay in Barcelona. Hailing all the way from Cape Town, Joshua aka Spice was made the most out of skating the streets in South Africa and submitted a banger Am Search video. In Spice’s interview above, he dives into a bit of the skate scene in South Africa, the plentiful spots in Barcelona, and winning the Am Search video contest.
