The Old Man Bowl Jam is the ultimate showdown for the legends of skateboarding – think Tampa Pro but for the seasoned warriors who need tiger balm to get out of bed in the morning. This bash is reserved for those aged 30+. Expect the beer to be flowing and sizzling BBQ on the sidelines, while Kyle Randall takes over as MC and lays down the gauntlet for the Longest Boardslide Award from behind the mic. Gas Giants Demo at SPoT 2023
Ish Cepeda, Marcos Montoya, Sean O ‘Connor, Blake Carpenter, John Dilo, Zion Effs, Jax Effs, Christian Henry, Nikoli Piombo, Thomas Dritsas, Ronnie Kessner AND Gary Rogers came to hang out at SPoT for the afternoon. Tampa Am 2023 is coming…
Tampa Am returns for the 29th time. In 1995 there were no nationally recognized amateur skate contests. Then came Tampa Am. After the first year as a mostly local event, the second Tampa Am, which was famously won by Donny Barley, created a phenomenon. Today, Tampa Am is an institution that’s accepted as the Amateur National Championship. As the level of skating continues to rise, so does Tampa Am’s reputation as the most important contest in skateboarding.
