May just passed saw the inaugural Uprising Tokyo, an all-new Pro/ Am skate event held at the Ariake Arena in the Japanese capital and hosted by Yuto Horigome. The street course, by California Skateparks, featured replicas of both LA’s Hollywood High 12-stair handrail and San Francisco’s Clipper ledge and so it really favoured the fearless and headstrong.
