Ryan Sheckler has once again opened the doors to his skatepark and invited 17 of the world’s most well-rounded skateboarders to battle it out in year two of Red Bull SŌLUS. Each skater has one hour to put together their best line at The Sandlot; no crowd, no other skaters, no distractions – just an internal battle to get the best line possible.

Perfection is the word that comes to mind when watching Felipe Gustavo skate. He is the technician of precision. His flip-in and flip-out game is what dreams are made of. His skating is always easy on the eyes and is always in line for the win.

Felipe skates for adidas, Red Bull, Plan B, Venture, Bones Wheels, FKD Bearings, Diamond, Ethika, and JWLXCO.

Judges Vanessa Torres, Mike Sinclair, and Jason Rothmeyer will evaluate each video based on style, progression and creativity. Winner will be announced October 17th.Following the judges announcement, you will have a chance to vote on your favorite video part and the fan favorite will be announced on October 20th.

JENKEM – Brandon Turner and Brandon Novak Skate Around NYC

Brandon Turner and Brandon Novak are two skaters who really have been through it all when it comes to drugs and alcohol. We’ve all seen them go in and out of recovery, and heard about various near-death experiences as a result of their usage.

Now, they are both living clean and have come together to create a support phone line that they hope skaters will feel comfortable using if they ever feel like they need help managing their mental health or drug use.

JENKEM spent a day with them during National Recovery Month as they skated around the city and offered their energy and guidance to anyone who felt they needed it.

Here is Jamie’s run.Big boy Foy is a thundering powerhouse in the world of street skateboarding. No rail is safe from his absolute trail of destruction. But don’t be fooled, he’s got a bag of tech tricks that can stand up to any of the best skate wizards out there.

Lizzie Armanto, Women’s Skateboarding Pioneer and Olympic Athlete – Monster UNLEASHED Podcast E15

Trailblazer, innovator, global icon: Women’s skateboarding pioneer Lizzie Armanto joins The Dingo and Danny for an unforgettable episode of UNLEASHED.

The 28-year-old skateboard icon from Santa Monica, California, has achieved several historic milestones: Armanto was the first female rider featured on the cover of TransWorld Skateboarding magazine. In 2018, she made history as the first woman to complete the legendary ‘Loop of Death’ obstacle. Since taking gold in her X Games debut in Barcelona in 2013, she has earned a total of three X Games medals (1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze) and won the sport’s biggest competitions. Today, Armanto endorses signature skateboards and footwear for A-list brands, appears in video games and films.

Here is Nika’s run. Nika was born to skateboard and her style and proper flick of her tricks are evidence of that. She may not be a familiar name in skateboarding, but after you see her skate you’ll be a big fan.
