Nora Vasconcellos | Red Bull SŌLUS 2021 Entry

Ryan Sheckler has once again opened the doors to his skatepark and invited 17 of the world’s most well-rounded skateboarders to battle it out in year two of Red Bull SŌLUS. Each skater has one hour to put together their best line at The Sandlot; no crowd, no other skaters, no distractions – just an internal battle to get the best line possible. Here is Nora’s run.

Everyone loves Nora. She knows how to make skating look fun and effortless all the while having a huge smile on her face. And maybe even doing some dance moves on the deck. But don’t worry, she’s got plenty of moves on the board as well. Nora skates for Welcome, adidas, Stance, CCS, Krux, Bronson, OJ Wheels, and MOB.

Judges Vanessa Torres, Mike Sinclair, and Jason Rothmeyer will evaluate each video based on style, progression and creativity. Winner will be announced October 17th.

Each skater has one hour to put together their best line at The Sandlot; no crowd, no other skaters, no distractions – just an internal battle to get the best line possible. Here is Tanner’s run.

Tanner is a fresh face in the pro skateboard world, but has already made a huge impact with his powerful skating and original takes on classic tricks like wallie Barley grinds and Switch Bennett grinds. That creativity could be the difference maker in this type of contest. Tanner skates for Vans, REAL, Spitfire, 3rd Lair, Independent, Bronson, and MOB.

Judges Vanessa Torres, Mike Sinclair, and Jason Rothmeyer will evaluate each video based on style, progression and creativity. Winner will be announced October 17th.

Following the judges announcement, you will have a chance to vote on your favorite video part and the fan favorite will be announced on October 20th.

The crew touches down at a rad new plaza where the session heats up as Asta, Braun and Devin all get some lines in before heading to the next spot. Ryan Sheckler has once again opened the doors to his skatepark and invited 17 of the world’s most well-rounded skateboarders to battle it out in year two of Red Bull SŌLUS. Each skater has one hour to put together their best line at The Sandlot; no crowd, no other skaters, no distractions – just an internal battle to get the best line possible.

Here is Susie’s run. Fresh off her introduction in Toy Machine’s latest video, Vaccine, Susie just moved to California to ramp up her skate career. What better way than to show off her skills in Solus’ unique contest format where her transition and street moves will be on full display.

Susie skates for Toy Machine, DC Shoes, Speedlab Wheels, and Ollie’s Skatepark.
