etnies Skatepark’s 15-year Anniversary
The etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest celebrated its 15-year anniversary on Saturday, December 8th! The community came out strong to support the occasion featuring a ‘Best Trick’ shop battle with some heavy hitting skaters from Local Skateshop, Asylum Skateshop, Focus Boardshop, and Identity Boardshop. The event was free to attend with a $1,000 ‘Best Trick’ prize purse judged by the etnies pro team. Family-friendly and fun for all ages, the celebration also had a carnival zone with rides and games, food trucks and live music from Zig Zags and Tunnel Vision.
Built in 2003, the skatepark ranks among one of the largest in the country at over 60,000 square feet of skateable space. Over the past 15 years, the park has hosted hundreds of events from fundraisers to skate camps, live music shows and movie screenings to world-renowned skate competitions.

2018 SLS LOS ANGELES FINALS
After the we found out who the 2 new SLS Pros were in London the 2018 SLS World Tour continued with the first official stop in Los Angeles, CA. 36 Pros battled it out in the Prelims. Watch the 2018 SLS LA Final with the top 8 that made it out of the Prelim: Yuto Horigome, Chris Joslin, Nyjah Huston, Kelvin Hoefler, Manny Santiago, Tommy Fynn, Felipe Gustavo & Zion Wright!
2018 SLS LONDON FINALS
The 2018 SLS World Tour kicked off with the Pro Open in London. 30 Qualifiers battled it out on Day One. The top 7 advanced to join the 36 SLS Pros in the Semi-Finals on Day Two. The top 8 from Semi-Finals advanced to the Final: Yuto Horigome, Kelvin Hoefler, Felipe Gustavo, Tiago Lemos, Ivan Monteiro, Vincent Milou, Trent McClung & Gustavo Ribeiro.
