Stefan Janoski has come out with hundreds of version of his iconic shoe over the years, but the newest version is the first to take steps towards sustainability. The new Janoski Flyleather is made of over 50% recycled materials from a completely new upper made entirely from leather scraps to a sole that incorporates recycled rubber. The new version of the shoe ends up being lighter than the original while maintaining the same durability. To truly compare the two CCS had Stefan do 100 regular kickflips and 100 switch flips in one of the original and one of the Flyleather. The results were pretty amazing. For CCS’s next addition to “3 spots”, we met up with Zero Pro, Chris Wimer as he showed us the true ups and downs of street skating, from spots getting knobbed as they walked up, to getting kicked out by unhappy workers. All in all Chris still managed to put together a small video part in less than 5 hours at spots like the classic Bricktown rail and the eye pleasing Korean Bell Of Friendship in San Pedro.
