How To Build Gravette’s Handi-Capable Skate-A-Scoot: Kev’s Kreations Ep. 10
For this edition of Kev’s Kreations, Kev asked Creature and CCS team rider David Gravette to help him put together a board. As always, David came with his A game. David’s known for being able to skate just about anything being, his temper, and his injuries among other things. So for this edition of Kev’s Kreations, he thought it’d be good to use all the medical supplies he’s accumulated over the years to build what he’s calling the “Handi-Capable Skate-A-Scoot.” As always, we’ll be looking for you to name this board. You’ve got your work cut out for you as its name is already pretty spot on. We recommend you watch the video, take notes, and do whatever it is that gets you most creative and help us figure out an even better name for Gravette’s Handi-Capable Skate-A-Scoot.

David Gravette: A Boy And His Flat Bar
David Gravette got his first flat bar from an old CCS catalog almost 20 years ago and used that thing to learn what it takes to become one of the gnarliest rail skaters of all time. That may sound like a claim, but it’s really not. David can sit on a rail with a certain kind of confidence that only comes from thousands of hours of flat bar sessions. Funny enough, all of those sessions were on that old CCS rail. Fast forward nearly two decades and David is the newest edition to the CCS team, so we thought it was fitting to take that old, rusty flat bar out of retirement and drag it around the city to see what kind of shit we could get in to. Luckily for us there was plenty of shit. We’re stoked to have David as part of the crew at CCS!
