Welcome to Dew Tour’s first installment of interviews with 2017 Dew Tour Am Series contenders. To begin, we sat down with Woody Hoogendijk from the Netherlands who was a 2017 Am Search finalist, but subbed in for contender Douwe Macare after being injured over the weekend. In addition to ripping on a skateboard, Woody is also a comedic host on Flatspot Magazine’s Out of Focus video series and snuck in a few moments with Mountain Dew riders Jordan Maxham, Chris Colbourn, and Sean Malto. Best of Kelvin Hoefler | Dew Tour Long Beach 2017

Kelvin Hoefler is no stranger to Dew Tour podiums, winning his first competition back in 2015 and continued his winning streak with two back-to-back victories. This year in Long Beach Kelvin proved to have the stamina to skate all three courses and make into the modified gap course final. Kelvin fended off top competitors Shane O’Neill, Nyjah Huston, and Yuto Horigome, but in the end Kelvin’s Cab back tail down the Stanley rail won judges over.
