Tampa Am 2015: Practice

Winning Tampa Am starts with trying to get your tricks dialed before they call your name to take your runs. And this year over 200 of the world’s hungriest Ams rolled into town in a bid to do just that. Damn Am Woodward West 2015 Winner: Congrats to Yoshi Tanenbaum!

First Yoshi won in Atlanta, then he won in NYC, and now he’s done it AGAIN at Woodward West. And in addition to the glory of taking three Damn Am Select Series stops, which is an NBD of epic proportions, Yoshi earns the title of Damn Am of the Year and gets a spot in the 2016 SLS Pro Open. But first we’ll be seeing him at Tampa Am in November where he’s already got a spot reserved in the Semi-Finals.

Damn Am NYC 2015: Nike Best Trick and Practice

The SPoT crew kicked off the Damn Am NYC at the LES park with a day of practice and absolute ripping. Shredders showed up from all over the world to work out their lines and get ready for the big show. From there it was off to Brooklyn to host a best trick at the Nike pop up park at 50 Kent where they gave out $1500 and turned the level up to 11. Big ups to Antonio Durao for doing all of the hardest tricks in the world. Switch!

Damn Am Woodward PA 2015: Qualifiers

For the first time ever Woodward Camp in PA played host to the The Damn Am Select Series where familiar faces filled the qualifying round, but Minnesota’s Tanner VanVark smoked them all for the Golden Ticket and a pass into the finals. A mini mega contest marked another Damn Am first and the little jammers risked life and limb to stick massive 3s, 5s, and even a couple 9s.
