Introducing the Tactics Kowalski Signature Double Knee Portal Pant.
To design the perfect pants for Kevin Kowalski, one must create something which cannot be restrained by gravity nor friction. Flexible and durable. Light but not flimsy. Allows one to rip, but stops itself from ripping. Tactic’s only choice was to boldly step through a cognitive portal, beyond the familiar realm of denim, and into the vast expanse that is Kevin’s mind.
Kevin’s ripstop double knee pant is light weight, durable, and ready for whatever form of concrete you throw at it. Kowalski built, skated and approved.

The Northwest Open has quickly become a staple event circled on every Pacific Northwest Skater’s summer calendar. With the long rainy winter ahead, the NWO is the perfect weekend for skaters from Seattle, Boise, Bend, Eugene, Southern California, and beyond, to make the pilgrimage to Portland. Skate, party, and enjoy some fleeting sun with 2,000 + skaters before that crappy weather rolls in.

The Nike SB Blazer Mid showcases a basketball-inspired design featuring a simple, sleek mid-top upper profile with a well-crafted toe shape. As a result, it has become a staple choice among skaters for decades. Tactics asked team rider Dakota Mead-Shikaly to skate them around the streets of Portland and tell us his thoughts.
Franky Villani’s pro shoe is a clean and crisp vulcanized design with ultra thick foxing and a mid top cut. With the release of these shoes and Franky’s latest part, Tactics couldn’t wait to try out this new silhouette. They got our video guy Tim to skate in front of the lens for a change and let us know how the shoe performs.
