The Motivation 2.0, a sequel to the The Motivation, follows the story of Chris Cole in his journey from humble beginnings to the top of pro skating, all the while including cameos from all your favorite skaters who appeared in the first film.
Cole grew up in Philadelphia with a single mom who struggled to make ends meet. With the closest skate park an hour away and the roads wet or snowy most of the year—Cole taught himself to skate the streets.

But over the years, Cole has been named Thrasher magazine’s Skater of the Year (twice), racked up the highest amount of contest wins and most recently fronted his Camp Woodward initiative—teaching inner city kids to skate and making a positive impact on their lives.
