2016 Girls Combi Classic Highlights
A new victor claimed the Vans Girls Combi Classic title on Saturday when 15-year-old Poppy Star from Australia won her first official Pro contest! Poppy has been a rising star over the last few years ever since she dominated the 14 and under division to earn first in the rankings during the 2014 World Cup Skateboarding bowl series. In 2015, she follows suit and finished the year off again as #1 in the 15 and over division.

For the final stop of the Vans Propeller Latin America Tour Elijah Berle, Rowan Zorilla, Kyle Walker, Curren Caples, Chima Ferguson and Chris Russell hit up São Paulo’s Plaza Roosevelt before heading over to the DIY wooden palette park, Largo da Batata, to get busy.
Monster Energy – #BOWLZILLA Chile
The Monster Energy skate team traveled down South for the 1st ever #BOWLZILLA event in Chile. The Bowlzilla crew laid down a new concrete bowl just for the big weekend. The event saw legends like Tony Hawk , Steve Caballero , and Kevin Staab competing in the masters category, while on the pro side there was a HUGE turnout with over 30 pros in the mix for the win. In the end Murilo Peres took home the biggest check with Monster Energy’s Tom Schaar grabbing the second spot. The Chilean fans kept the energy high all day, and everyone agreed they were looking forward to coming back next year.

PROPELLER – A Vans Skateboarding Tour: Buenos Aires
The Vans Propeller Latin America tour recently rolled through the skateboarding hotbed of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Curren Caples, Chima Ferguson, Kyle Walker, Elijah Berle, Rowan Zorilla and Chris Russell did what they do best by feeding off the crowd and wrecking the park for the best demo of the tour yet.
