Theories of Atlantis return to the new Raw Tapes series focusing on Philadelphia filmer/videomaker Jake Todd’s mini-DV tape vault. This episode continues with tapes from filming for Traffic’s “Third Shift”. Mainly filmed in Philadelphia, but included some Baltimore pit stops with Chris Teta.
