Chin Ramp Sessions Volume 1: Bucky Lasek & PLG
The Animal Chin ramp existed for just a few short days in 1986 during the shooting of “The Search For Animal Chin” and was skated by only a select few. 30 years later, the Chin Ramp has been ressurected at Woodward West for a new generation of skaters and sessions. In Volume 1 of Animal Chin Sessions, Bucky Lasek and Pierre-Luc Gagnon take to the legendary ramp, kicking off Chin Ramp Sessions, series of edits to be released every Monday through the end of 2016.
PLG | eh canadian story
Pierre-Luc Gagnon has been around since vert’s heyday and has nailed some of the heaviest hammers on a half pipe….and he’s Canadian. Nobody parties like vert skaters.
Backyard Skate Session at PLG’s
Monster Energy’s PLG is a true competitor in every sense of the word. He excels under pressure and his competitive track record is heavy; right up there with the winningest skaters in history like Tony Hawk and Nyjah Huston. Just like skateboarding, PLG is constantly evolving and his future has Bowled Corners, Pool Coping, Love Seats, and heated backyard sessions on the horizon.
eh canadian story | dwindle distribution
TJ Rogers, Micky Papa, Morgan Smith, Ryan Decenzo, PLG, and Chris Haslam all have 2 things in common. They rip and they are all from our northern neighbor, the great white north, CANADA! They can’t sing or draw very well… but they’re Canadians and we support them!
PLG on Tony Hawk’s ramp
PLG warming up and nailing some tricks on Tony Hawk’s indoor vert ramp. Filmed and edited by Colin Clark.
Altitude Sickness
Mammoth Mountain is a striking locale, complete with expansive meadows, old forests, and jagged rock spires. Fitting that it has a skatepark of equal magnitude. Hatchell, PLG, Beckett, Tershy, Schaar, and Wood are just descending from a heavy trip in the thin mountain air.
Rumble In Ramona 5
The rumble happened again. The shenanigans were in full effect with Grindline the band, and more skate rock slaying tunes while the boys were catching some bio air! Brutal vertical action from this very diverse cruë makes for epic session featuring Darren Navarrette, Christian Hosoi, Tom Remillard, PLG, Shaun Ross, Cedric Pabich, Lizzie Armanto, Neal Hendrix, Chris Russell, Lincoln Ueda, Alan Young, Raven Tershy, and more rippers.
