Olivia Krause is a multimedia artist based in Oakland, California, who explores abstracted moments of the human experience in her art. Through expressionistic and colorful recordings, they tell a story of gathered experience. For this project, she painted two skate ramps, which she then donated.

Norma Ibarra is a skateboarder, mountain biker, photographer, gardener, and social media marketer, all rolled into one. Originally from Mexico, she is committed to documenting skaters and shedding light on lesser-known communities around the world. For this project, Norma created a photobook focused on the skate scene in Mexico.

The crazy thing about street skating in Japan is that in most cities it is not legal. Despite that jam up Tokyo, Osaka, etc have produced some of the best street skaters on the planet. This Love Note is an expanded version of the interview Jeff Grosso did with Tokyo legend Shin Okada and the T19 crew.

Welcome to the Family: Felipe Nunes | Skate | VANS
Vans Skateboarding proudly welcomes the addition of adaptive skateboarder Felipe Nunes to the Vans Family. At just 21 years old, Felipe has already achieved more than most of his non-adaptive counterparts. Hailing from Curitiba Paraná, Brazil, he lost his legs at age six in a train accident. But by age 13 he had found freedom and a creative outlet in skateboarding and quickly began gaining recognition from the global skateboarding community. In a short four-year window, Felipe won multiple contests, receiving a nod from Tony Hawk by officially turning pro for the Birdhouse team and landing the coveted Thrasher Magazine cover.
