PRANKING CHASE WEBB AND CHRIS RAY: Real Street 2020 | World of X Games

Chase Webb and Chris Ray took the Real Street gold in 2020, pulling off a back-to-back win against some of the heaviest hitters in skateboarding. Then, when the medals were being handed out, the Real Street producers surprised the duo by awarding them the wrong medals.

Skate Life In The Philippines With Margielyn Didal | FIELD DAY

Professional Skateboarders lead a seemingly charmed life – from demos, to signings, to photoshoots, to hitting the streets for the next video part, pro skaters are considered to have the best job on earth (well, at least to us skateboarders).

However, when the tours end and the contest season has mellowed out, it’s always good to be back home and enjoy skateboarding in its greatest form: low-stress, no-deadlines, and with the good homies. This is what “Field Day” is all about.

The bottom line is this: Back to the Banks 2008 was an event that felt like skateboarding should feel, so hats off to Steve Rodriguez from 5Boro, for stressing out and doing the generally thankless job of running a skateboarding event. It’s one of those raw deals…feeling like real skateboarding. So thanks, Steve. The Contest was broken down into four different sections: Bank-to-wall, bank-to-ledge, tranny-spine, and stairs/rail.
