Ryan Sheckler’s 11th Annual Skate for a Cause (2023)
Last week, the Sheckler Foundation and Ryan Sheckler celebrated the 11th annual Skate for a Cause on Go Skateboarding Day. Raising over $30K, there were 2 fun ways to participate in the family friendly fundraising event. Skaters, family, friends and sponsors were encouraged to create a team to raise funds and awareness of the Sheckler Foundation and programs that better lives through skateboarding.

How Red Bull Got 12,000 Skaters Together For 1 Session | GO SKATEBOARDING DAY
The Chilean capital Santiago plays host to one of the world’s biggest Go Skateboarding Day celebrations every year.
What started as a protest against the lack of skateparks in the city snowballed until the staggering numbers made the city council understand they had a genuine youth phenomenon on their hands.
First one then many skateparks popped up across the city as a response and soon Santiago became not just a national but a regional draw for skateboarders throughout Latin America.
After a pandemic hiatus Go Skateboarding Day returned to Chile last year and the skate escapade that unravelled broke all records. From the Military School handrail session all the way downtown to Bustamante DIY, hop onboard with an estimated 12,000 like-minded souls as we take you on the biggest Go Skateboarding Day ever recorded. Hibernation Termination Spring Fling Skate Jam – Orchard Skateshop
On Saturday April 8, 2023 Orchard Skateshop kicked off spring with a proper skate jam at the Chinatown Courts – Reggie Wong Park. With gracious support from Converse and Alltimers they were able to build some new additions for the season and hook up tons of giveaways!
