Slightly Removed – Capturing the memories with Chris Pfanner
The “Slightly Removed” story follows skateboarders Chris Pfanner and Axel Cruysberghs as they immerse themselves into Vancouver, Canada. A busy urban city surrounded by conifer rainforests. The close proximity of both urban and natural landscapes represents a duality, a yin-yang… their combined energy provides balance to those that embrace and inhabit both of these starkly contrasting environments. Pfanner, not only a skater, but also a skilled, inquisitive photographer, documents their journey for balance as they alternate between conifer and concrete activities.
