Last year saw Jamie Foy deservedly re-scoop Thrasher’s Skater Of The Year award for a tour around the sun including but not limited to dropping back-to-back, era-defining video parts in the shape of New Balance’s ‘Intervals’, Spitfire’s ‘Charred Remains’ and Dickies’ ‘Honeymoon’.

The answer to where you go from the top is ‘Aftermath’: Jamie’s 2025 Red Bull Skateboarding part, a “victory lap” part that picks up in terms of progression and productivity, where his last year left off. Known as one of the biggest rail destroyers of skateboarding today, Jamie has walked the line to have the most indisputable pro career of the modern skateboarding era.

Among the mayhem look out for some next-level ledge tech, and remind yourself each time that what you think is the ender isn’t the ender- because the stepping up just keeps coming!

Nike SB | College Skateboarding Educational Foundation

Founded in 2017, the College Skateboarding Educational Foundation (CSEF) proved that sponsorship isn’t the only lane in skateboarding. Offering scholarships for U.S.-based skateboarders pursuing higher learning, CSEF has continued to grow its reach and imprint in skating and education.

Helping skateboarders further their education regardless of their financial situation or circumstances, CSEF has been pivotal in not only helping members of the skate community reach their goals but also in reshaping the tropes and stereotypes of skateboarding itself.

The SB Dunk Low by CSEF will be available in select skate shops Thursday, May 1 and SNKRS Saturday, May 3.

The Platfrm – Portraits: Lilly Erickson – From Island Dreams to Riding the Olympic Wave

Little Lilly Erickson has been making major moves on a skateboard basically her entire life. Look back on Lilly’s Hawaiian lifestyle and how she found her love for skateboarding. Lilly recalls that finding a contest on the island being super difficult, but in 2022 when she entered Exposure in Encinitas, CA, earning 5th place put her on a new, fast track to making her dreams a reality. Now she competes on the Olympic series and every other major event out there, and of course, there’s pressure and stress. “But it’s also just skateboarding,” says Lilly. She knows how to take a deep breath and step back in order to enjoy the moment. With an incredible frontside stalefish under her feet and top notch support at her back, Lilly’s loving life right now and enjoying the journey of watching things unfold.

Altadena, CA Supply the Ride Giveaway with Altadena Boys – The Skatepark Project

At the beginning of this year, the Eaton Canyon Fire devastated the community of Altadena, CA, and surrounding areas. Youth lost more than their homes – they lost their outlet for joy, creativity, and self-expression. At TSP, we know skateboarding is more than a hobby – it’s freedom, community, and normalcy, especially in tough times.

Thanks to the community’s unwavering spirit and partnership with Altadena Boys, The Skatepark Project brought some joy back to the Alta Dena youth through our Supply the Ride program. Together they distributed skateboards, safety gear, shoes, clothes, and more to help these kids reconnect with their passion for skating – some even discovering it for the first time!
